Data Deletion Policy

How Kenlife Resorts handles account closure, deletion requests, retention obligations and deletion evidence across connected website, app and Kenlife service journeys.

Controlled public policy

Delete what is no longer required; retain only what must lawfully remain.

Kenlife uses one connected identity across reservations, events, the Resort Network, customer accounts and other approved journeys. A deletion request is therefore coordinated across the systems that hold that person's information rather than being treated as a single browser-page action.

Request deletion / account closure

What you can request

Closure of a My Kenlife or Network profile.
Deletion of personal data that Kenlife no longer has a lawful reason to retain.
Withdrawal of marketing consent and suppression from future marketing.
Correction of inaccurate identity/contact information before deletion where needed.

What may need to remain

Tax, accounting, payment and transaction records required by law.
Records needed for an active contract, claim, dispute, investigation or legal hold.
Security, fraud-prevention, safety or incident evidence where lawful retention is necessary.
Minimal suppression evidence needed to honour an opt-out.

How the request works

RequestUse the privacy/contact journey and tell us which account or relationship you want closed or deleted.
VerifyKenlife verifies identity before changing or disclosing account information.
LocateThe request is routed across relevant customer, Network, booking, communications and document records.
Assess retentionRecords that must lawfully remain are separated from records eligible for deletion or anonymisation.
Delete / anonymiseEligible records are removed, anonymised or scheduled for deletion in the authoritative system.
ConfirmKenlife records the outcome and any categories retained with the reason for retention.

Third-party platforms

Where a Kenlife journey uses Meta, Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, TikTok, payment providers, cloud storage or other processors, Kenlife applies the applicable processor/account-deletion process for data under Kenlife's control. Information held independently by a third-party platform may also require the user to use that platform's own account/privacy tools.
